Look, let’s be real. Half the reason anyone is still grinding through the brutal parry timings and the haunting ruins of Eidos 7 is the fashion. Eve has a wardrobe that would make a high-end boutique look like a thrift store, but finding those stellar blade suit locations isn't exactly a walk in the park. Some are sitting in plain sight. Others? They’re tucked behind laser grids that’ll slice you into ribbons before you can even say "Nano Suit."
I’ve spent an unhealthy amount of time scouring every corner of the Wasteland and Matrix 11. Honestly, it’s a lot. You’ve got base game suits, New Game Plus variants, and then those 25 extra suits they dropped in the big updates that require a dedicated New Game++ run.
It's overwhelming.
But if you’re trying to hit that 100% completion mark—or you just want Eve to look cool while she’s dismantling Naytibas—you need a roadmap. Here’s the breakdown of where these things actually are, without the fluff.
The Early Grabs: Eidos 7 and Xion
You start with the Planet Diving Suit (7th), which is iconic, sure. But you'll want to swap it out fast.
In the Construction Zone of Eidos 7, there's a crane. You have to use that crane to swing a steel beam into a breakable wall. It feels a bit clunky the first time, but behind that wall is the Red Passion outfit. It’s one of the first "cool" ones you can actually find rather than buy.
Then there’s Xion. This city is basically your shopping mall.
Roxanne and Lyle are your best friends here. You can’t just buy everything immediately, though. You have to build Affinity. Basically, buy stuff, and they’ll trust you more.
- Roxanne (near the Bulletin Board) eventually sells the Moutan Peony and the Cybernetic Dress once you hit Level 3 Affinity.
- Lyle has the Black Full Dress (Level 2) and the Daily Biker (Level 3).
One thing people often miss: the Wasteland Adventurer. It’s in the Flooded Commercial Sector of Eidos 7. You can’t get it during your first visit. You have to come back after starting the "Oblivion" side quest to drain the water. Once the water is gone, head to the bottom corner near the yellow rope. It’s just sitting there in a crate.

Navigating the Wasteland and Great Desert
The Wasteland is a nightmare of verticality and hidden caves.
If you want the Cyber Magician, head to the northeastern corner (the Wasteland Basin). There’s a switch puzzle involving pressure plates. It's annoying. You have to hit the targets with your drone—just don’t hit the red ones. If you mess up, you’re starting over.
Fishing for Fashion
Yeah, you read that right. The Ocean Maid suit isn't in a box. You have to catch all 25 types of fish and talk to Clyde at the Oasis. It takes a while. Kinda relaxing, though, compared to fighting bosses.
And for the completionists: once you have Ocean Maid, equip it and use Strange Bait at the Oasis to fish up a "shabby box." That’s how you get the Tidal Maid.
Why Stellar Blade Suit Locations Get Complicated in NG+
Here is what most people get wrong. You see a guide saying a suit is in a certain chest, you go there, and it’s a different color.
The game uses a "replacement" system.

- First Playthrough: You find the "Base" suit.
- New Game Plus (NG+): That same chest now contains a "Variant" (usually a recolor).
- New Game++ (NG++): That same chest might contain one of the 25 "New" suits added in later updates (like the Peony or Black Lotus).
If you missed the base suit in your first run, the NG+ chest will just give you the base one. You won't get the variant until your next loop. It’s a grind, but it keeps the exploration relevant.
The "Hardest" Suits to Find
- Black Rose: This one is in Spire 4, inside the Raphael Space Center. You’ll see a door open on your right as you enter the lobby. There are lasers. Lots of them. Most players die here because they try to time the jumps perfectly. Honestly? Just press the button and sprint/dash to the chest before the lasers fully activate.
- La Vie en Rose: You have to find all six "Chapter of Trial" prayers. These are scattered across the Wasteland. Then, you head to the shipwrecked boat in the southwest and enter the symbols in order. It’s a scavenger hunt that most people skip, but the suit is worth it.
The Matrix 11 Underground
Matrix 11 is a horror show, but it has some of the best casual fits.
The Daily Mascot is tucked away in the Underground Sewer. When you're looking for a Fusion Cell, a Naytiba (a Skull Fighter) will burst through a wall. Don't just kill it and move on. Go into the hole it made. There’s a crate in there.
Further in, in the Rotten Labyrinth, you’ll find the Daily Force suit. It’s on a narrow walkway above the living area camp. You have to climb a ladder and look behind you. Most people are so focused on the terrifying atmosphere that they walk right past it.
Actionable Tips for Completionists
If you’re serious about hunting down every stellar blade suit location, stop playing blindly and follow these steps.

- Prioritize Affinity: Don't hoard your Vitcoins. Spend them at Roxanne’s and Lyle’s shops early. You want those Level 3 Affinity suits unlocked before you hit the "Point of No Return" late in the game.
- Do the Bulletin Board: Several suits, like the Blue Monsoon (the bikini everyone talks about), are rewards for specific requests like "Precious Treasure." Check the board in Xion every time you return from a mission.
- The 49 Cans: It sounds tedious, but collecting all 49 cans unlocks the Black Pearl. It’s arguably the most detailed suit in the game. Use the drone’s scanner constantly; it’ll highlight cans through walls.
- Eidos 9 is Optional: Remember that Eidos 9 is a secret area. You only go there if Lily’s bar is at 100% before you leave for the Orbit Elevator. If you miss Eidos 9, you miss the Punk Top and Motivation suits.
Check your "Exterior" tab in the menu often. If a suit says "Design Pattern," you haven't actually unlocked it yet. You need to head to a Repair Console at any Supply Camp and spend materials (Polymer) to actually craft the thing. If you don't craft it, you can't wear it.
Start by checking your current progress in Xion. If you haven't finished the "Encounter" quest for Kaya yet, do that first—it's the easiest way to snag the Sky Ace outfit and clear one more item off your list.
