About Raw Paws Dog Food

Raw Paws Pet Food is a small family business, a woman-owned business, located in Indianapolis, and was founded in 2014. Their goal is to make practical, affordable, and accessible healthy pet food, treats, chews, supplements, and more for pet parents.

The mission of Raw Paws is to deliver the highest quality products made with the freshest ingredients. They only source their food from local, responsible, small family farms, with the promise to make sure that you and your pets are truly satisfied.

In addition, they make sure that they specify the sourcing, processing, packaging, handling, and delivery for all of their products, so that they can honestly claim to be “the market leader in quality raw feeding and partial feeding.”

Sourcing And Manufacturing

Raw Paws is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they purchase locally sourced meats. They make small batches weekly and store it at zero degrees in freezers. Orders are packed in Eco-friendly foam coolers with plenty of dry ice and usually ship the same day from their warehouse.

Raw Paws contains a mix of ingredients to ensure the optimal health of your dog. Their complete formulas typically follow the BARF diet (bones and raw foods), containing a mix of ground whole meats, ground bone, and ground organ meats.

Raw Paws sources the freshest raw food ingredients from responsible and ethical farms in the USA that humanely raise their animals without the use of added hormones, GMO’s, and antibiotics.  In doing this, their raw food, treats, and chews never contain fillers, additives, or preservatives.

Because their meals are well-balanced, they meet the basic needs of dogs as established by the guidelines set up by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO).
